Hi all, it's been a hectic week so sorry about the meager amount of posts. This may occur this week too :|. I did want to quickly share something I have been using in smoothies instead of regular peanut butter. Some call this "PB2", but I just call it powdered peanut butter. You can mix it with water to make peanut butter, but I just throw it in my Magic Bullet with a banana, water and vanilla protein powder and ooilaa, peanut butta banana magic. It has only 45 calories per serving, whereas regular pb has well, a lot more than that:)
This brand works really well and I get it at The Fresh Market. Let me know if you try it!
