This song was featured on Nashville, one of my favorite shows. It is so simple and I think it is really grounding. Just like all of you nugget readers, my life sometimes seems too busy, too out of control, too frantic. Music has always been a way for me to express myself and to find meaning to life's ups and downs. Hearing a song like "A Life That's Good" reminds me of the gifts the Lord has blessed me with and that I need to take a little time to slow down, hear the birdies chirp and be thankful for this life, that's good.
It reminds me I already have more than I should...
I love Nashville! And I'm obsessed with everything Lennon and Maisy Stella sing on the show. Those two girls are so crazy talented.
