Kenny Chesney!!!!!!!

Hello nuggets. I don't have much to enlighten you with today except that I AM GOING TO KENNY CHESNEY TONIGHT AND I AM SO EXCITEDDD! No Shoes Nation Tour (Kacey Musgraves and Eli Young Band are going to be there too!!!!)...Here I come!! On a wellness note, I have lagged a bit in terms of weight loss and eating clean. I haven't gained any weight, but I haven't lost much. Gotta get back on that horse and drink more green smoothies! Wellness, like school work and jobs, takes a lot of focus. I noticed I haven't been as focused lately on eating clean, but this is the start of a new week. If anyone has any tips on how to stay focused on proper nutrition and health, let me know! I will give myself some credit for not consuming hardly any artificial sweeteners, even no calorie sweeteners. This is NOT easy when you are a Coke Zero/Diet Coke fanatic, people. I also have reduced dairy from my diet, but I do eat a lot of low fat cottage cheese. It isn't high in cals but it gives me a boost of protein!
