Posing all Pretty Thanks to Maggie Arnold Photography!

Happy Friday nuggets! I did want to start out by saying that I have added a new "well" element in my life: protein powder. How. exciting. I got a container of it and I have been adding it to my "green" smoothies in the morning. My green smoothies always have frozen spinach, some kind of fruit, a little bit of water and now a half a scoop full of vanilla protein powder. It's pretty delicious and I have read that protein powder is important if you are trying to build muscle, which I am doing with my lifting seshes!


Most importantly, I wanted to give a shout out to my girl Maggie over at Maggie Arnold Photography. I mentioned that last weekend we did a photo shoot. She is such a great photographer and really fun to work with. I definitely feel like a movie reality star when I get my picture taken. I sure felt fancy posing all pretty.

We took the pictures in this abandoned factory. There were all these "No Trespassing" signs. It was kind of creepy but the pictures turned out pretty fabulous if I do say so myself!

    Hey girl! I have tons of recipes for protein powders if you are ever in the market for some let me know. I posted a recipe for clean protein cheesecakes today. I always add spinach into my smoothies too. Saw you on the link up, now following! xo

      I followed you back on bloglovin! That would be great, I didn't know what some of the ingredients were in the protein powder I bought and that's never good lol
