Non-Scale Victories Linkup!


I thought this was so cute and definitely part of wellness. I would say my non-scale victories this week are that I have not really been consciously trying to cut out gluten and dairy, but I have noticed that I don't have a desire for them (as much) as I have before, which is cool. I do feel like I have more energy. This could be due to cutting back gluten and dairy, or because I have been taking Green Coffee extract twice a day. It helps curb hunger but doesn't give you the jitters or make you feel sick. So I guess a combo of those two are some non-scale victories (that may help the scale be nicer to me tomorrow...)


  1. I find the same thing... the less I eat of something, the less I want it. That must be the key! Getting over the cravings.

  4. I'm stopping by from the NSV linkup. I really love how the foods I crave have changed dramatically since I started changing my diet. I've been trying clean eating (or at least clean-er eating) and I have noticed that I don't crave sugar nearly as much as I used to and when I do want something sweet I'm satisfied with a healthy dessert. Whether it's from the green coffee or changing your diet, enjoy your new energy!
